Since moving back home to Cortland a coupe years ago, I have utilized O'Shea for service. Their attention to every detail is clearly evident. Today, I had an oil change there. The interface between the filter and the engine was made of plastic and it had failed. They had a metal replacement and the job took just a few extra minutes. And the metal part will never fail. Great job once again.

Do not push unnecessary repairs. Vehicles are ready when they originally say they will be. Have and will continue to recommend to others.

Best service in this area. We had an engine power issue and called to bring it in. Andrea advised us that they wouldnt be able to look at it that day but would get to it asap. Later that day Andrea called to say the vehicle was fixed. Turned out to be a minor problem. They are not only very nice people, but honest and do great work. I highly recommend them!
