Wonderful people, fantastic shop! We were in town for a baseball tournament, had an obvious issue with our vehicle upon leaving a game, a piercing screech in the front end...being Saturday, we asked a staff member at the field if there was a shop nearby and they told us about O'Shea's. So pleased we ended up stopping here, they went out of their way to assist...incredible people! Andrea made us feel right at home, she got our vehicle in right away so they could try to figure our problem? What I feared was going to be a costly repair turned out to be a rock wedged into the right front brake system, creating this awful grinding sound...RIch(who I later learned to be the owner) came to us with the rock in hand and explained the issue, assured it was nothing major...he said it was a quick fix once he heard and determined where the noise was coming from, but I'm sure it was nothing I would have found, his knowledge led him right to the problem...he told us we were all set, he didn't want any money even though they went out of there way to quickly assist us and fix our problem...Pete(another one of the technicians) came out to the vehicle to explain what the sensors had indicated, he made sure we were comfortable in driving the car, even taking the time to do a vehicle check to assure there were no other concerns/issues... I'm well aware of what the hourly rate is for most shops, but they didn't want a penny...in this crazy world, we don't see this type of service much any more, the kindness they showed, the care they took to help us was incredible...we felt so fortunate to have stopped there, in such a stressful situation, we were treated so well, such wonderful people at O'Shea's!!
