The whole crew is so nice, including Pita the shop dog! Seriously, we appreciate the friendliness and excellent service of the counter staff - Larry, Andrea and Herb. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and transmission service...it drove like a brand new vehicle when we left! It's also nice to get a link to the comprehensive photo inspection with notes from the service team. Thanks so much O'Shea tire!

While visiting in The Cortland area from SC my engine light came on. Stopped at O’Sheas Tire to check it out. I scheduled an appointment They diagnosed the problem and gave me a loaner car for 2 hours while they fixed it. Top notch. Car fixed and back on the road. Now I can drive safely to SC. I highly recommend.
