Honestly, I don't go to O'Shea tire frequently, but every time I have, I am happy with the thorough report of my car on pickup. I have high confidence the mechanics at my local shop are good guys, and the garage overall reminds me of another Ford Dealership Service Center I like that is 2.5 hrs away from me. The big difference is O'Shea is only 10 minutes from my house. Im probably going to be picking up taking my car to these guys, as nowhere else locally seems decent, and those that do book out too far. I never trust those quick in and out shops, maybe I would with a beater car, but not my daily driver.

I stopped in to see if they had any openings to get an emergency flat tire repaired. Within minutes Andrea was taking my info down and getting me set in the system. The technician Pete was very friendly and had my flat tire repaired in about 10 minutes! I am ecstatic with the exceptional customer service I received as well as a quality repair! I was back on the road in under 20 minutes! A+++ service!!!

I already brought the car in for the tpms reset. Now, after it was still on when i called, the first words out of your guys mouth was that the other sensors were bad. I'm not going to let your company take advantage of me again

Joshua, We did a flat repair on a tire you brought in. You did not have the car with you. We replaced the TPMS Sensor and informed you that if the TPMS light stayed on that you would need to bring the car in so we can reset the TPMS System. There is no additional charge for us to do that. Please stop in at your convenience and we will reset the TPMS System for you.

Same excellent, fast service at a more than reasonable cost!

First time using O’Shea’s for anything . I won a free oil change and filter . I decided it was a good time to use . I’m a retired auto mechanic and know one has ever changed my oil . I was very pleased with the service and the staff . It was done promptly and I was on my way .
