I was on vacation when I got a flat tire that couldn't be repaired. I have a mercedes and when I went to other places nearby and they either didnt have my tire size or they were overcharging me for a tire, or they wanted to unnecessarily change all 4 of my tires. I called these guys up and they were very friendly on the phone, said they could order my tire for a same day service. I decided to pass by to have them take look and maybe even pay upfront. To my luck, my new tire had just arrived! Got everything done within an hour and back to having a fun vacation. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

The owner seems to be under the allusion that talking down to people is permissible in this day and age. Being belittling and arrogant is unacceptable.

Very satisifed. Amazing customer service. They have a very informative system that updates you were emails and pictures of the work their doing, very up to date technology. I'm gonna be a customer for life.

Quick Service. They need to fix their voicemail. Otherwise, no complaints. Service was prompt, skillful, and exactly what I asked for, with no pressure to do more (even though it's an old truck and there's other work that could be done). They let me know about an issue that could have caused me problems later, and still didn't pressure me to have them fix anything else. They sold me the tires I needed, and didn't try to upsell me. In short, it seems like they make their money by doing good work, and don't need to make more work or sell more parts to stay in business.
