I told the Lady at the front desk that I work from 3:30pm to midnight and she replied with "Eww". So I took my business elsewhere. Just a weird and nasty comment. The front desk people are supposed to welcome you, not judge your job. No that's not the case. I replied with, I make airplane parts, I bet I make more money than you so I wouldn't say "eww" and she shut up and the white haired guy at the desk even giggled because I put her in her place. I still tried to work with you guys and couldn't be accommodated for a 15min oil change so I left and went to Bruce's in ithaca and was done within 10min. It's how she treated me. I didn't act like I was better than anyone until she made a rude comment. Which then yeah, I'm better than that. Try to justify your employees rude behavior, that'll get you guys loads of business in the future.
Gage Relyea, Sorry you took that comment as directed at you, it was in reference to the City of Ithaca traffic that you have to deal with every day, it's not pleasant. As far as your job comment, it was you telling her that you were more important because you made more money than her making airplane parts. you wanted service right at that moment, we were willing to make a appointment but you didn't want that. Sir I believe any disrespect was coming from you not my staff. We work hard to accommodate and service our customers, you have never been here before so it's very unfair to judge us based on us not dropping everything we were doing for customers that took time to make an appointment for service. Sorry you felt it necessary to try to harm someone's reputation simply because you didn't get what you wanted when you wanted it.
