Would not recommend,

Lowell, we apologize for the inconvenience you had in our shop. Working on older vehicles takes time, and we warned you ahead of time that the service could take an hour or more. Once we got your vehicle checked out and your alignment checked, we realized it would take 2-3 hours to fix, so we offered you a reschedule and the $60 alignment check fee would be waived upon reschedule. You are still welcome to reschedule your appointment and we would be happy to help you out!

I would personally recommend O'SHEAS to anyone in need of excellent service. My father bought this Lexus on FL but always used O'SHEAS when he was back north. I now own this vehicle and continue to enjoy the great personal service when I need them!
