Took my daughters 2018 Jeep Renegade in for a New York State Inspection. She need L side lower tie rod end replaced. Was going to take a week for the part and alignment as the alignment machine is in high demand. Andrea called at 4:30 same day and said the car was done. They were able to find the part and fit it into the schedule for alignment. This group of people take care of their customers. We are 4th generations of O’Shea customers and will continue for a long time to come!!
