My son and I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Rick from O'Shea Tire and Service Center. My son had an oil change with a national chain service center in Cortland who forgot to reinstall the oil plug, resulting in a seized engine. We had the car towed to O'Shea where Rick shopped for a replacement engine, and installed it within a few days. He not only did that much faster than we anticipated, he also thoroughly inspected the car and found that it had some lights that had burned out and needed replacing. He told me that as a father of young men himself, he felt it important to look out for my son so that he would avoid potentially getting a ticket. We could not have been happier with the level of expertise they have provided, and the genuine interest in taking care of their customer.
