The classic - over promising, over marketing, and over charging. Ask them about the work done on your car and see Rick’s attitude. It makes sense that most of their customers are women. I mean, you gotta love Rick when he ridicules you for assuming a specific part in your car is faulty. They then spent 10 minutes to diagnose my car with the same exact problem and charged me for an hour despite promising to only charge for the exact time it took them. And asking questions to better understand their inspection findings was not welcomed.
We would like to apologize if your experience here at O'Shea Tire did not live up to expectations, but we would like to clear up that your diagnosis did take us more than an hour due to the inclement weather, and we were basing our diagnosis not only on your vehicle but of vehicles of a similar size and type. If you have further questions, please call the shop at (607) 753-3329 and we can answer any further questions there. We hope this clears up any issues, have a great rest of your day!
