We had a flat on our minivan, and it needed new tires before winter anyway. I stopped in late Monday afternoon, prepaid with my NAPA card, made appointment for the next day 2PM. Andrea called me Tuesday morning, said the new tires arrived at shop early, my wife brought the car in about noon. The job was done before the original appointment. I've been going to OShea's for years and I'll keep going there. Friendly and professional, thanks Andrea, Larry, & The Crew!
