The whole crew is so nice, including Pita the shop dog! Seriously, we appreciate the friendliness and excellent service of the counter staff - Larry, Andrea and Herb. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and transmission service...it drove like a brand new vehicle when we left! While visiting in The Cortland area from SC my engine light came on. Stopped at O’Sheas Tire to check it out. I scheduled an appointment They diagnosed the problem and gave me a loaner car for 2 hours while they fixed it. Top notch. Car fixed and back on the road. Now I can drive safely to SC. I highly recommend.
