I had an EXCELLENT experience at O’Shea Tire!! I can’t recommend them enough! I had a very large bolt puncture my tire on Friday evening. I needed to get my tire fixed immediately because I drive to Syracuse every day and did not feel comfortable driving with my spare tire on the highway. After calling every tire store in Cortland, O’Shea was the first store to offer to patch the tire instead of immediately trying to sell me a new one. Once it was decided patching my tire was not a safe option, Larry at the front desk gave us many options to choose from to deal with the situation and did not pressure us to do anything. He went out of his way to help us and got us a great deal!! I plan on exclusively shopping here from now on!!
